Terms and Conditions for QuickDrip Mobile Oil

Welcome to QuickDrip Mobile Oil! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By booking or utilizing our mobile oil change services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please review them carefully. QuickDrip Mobile Oil is operated by Warrior Overland Customs and Fabrication LLC.
1. Services Provided
QuickDrip Mobile Oil specializes in convenient, on-site oil change services. We perform full-service oil changes at the customer’s specified location—home, work, or other approved areas—without the need for customer presence, unless otherwise arranged.
Each oil change includes:
Oil and oil filter replacement
Fluid top-off (windshield washer, coolant, etc.)
Tire pressure check
Battery health check
Additional services, such as air filter replacements and wiper blades, may be available upon request and added at checkout.
We primarily use STP® motor oil. Other oil brands or types may be used upon customer request, and pricing may vary accordingly.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Ensure the service location is accessible, safe, and suitable for vehicle maintenance. Customer must ensure the service location allows vehicle maintenance and does not violate property, HOA, apartment, employer, or local rules. Customer is responsible for obtaining permission to perform service at the requested location.
Provide accurate vehicle details during booking, including make, model, year, and any special service notes (e.g., skid plates or specific oil specs).
Inform us of oil brand preferences or special oil types prior to service. If the customer supplies oil, filters, or other parts, the customer is responsible for ensuring those products meet the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications. QuickDrip Mobile Oil is not responsible for damage, poor performance, leaks, fitment issues, or warranty issues caused by customer-supplied products.
If selecting contactless service:
The customer must ensure vehicle access is available. This may include leaving keys in an agreed secure location, leaving the hood unlatched, pre-warming the engine when requested, and completing prepayment if required.
Customer must provide access to the vehicle, hood, engine bay, oil drain plug, oil filter, and any locking components required to complete service. If we cannot access the vehicle or required service areas, the appointment may be delayed, rescheduled, canceled, or subject to a service/travel fee.
3. Service Limitations
We do not perform major mechanical repairs or services unrelated to oil changes unless explicitly offered.
Service is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled due to unsafe conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
The location or vehicle poses a safety risk.
The service cannot be completed due to inaccessible vehicle areas or incorrect customer preparation (e.g., locked hoods, no key access).
Any other condition prevents safe or quality service as defined by our team.
QuickDrip Mobile Oil is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions, including but not limited to stripped drain plugs, damaged oil pans, seized filters, prior over-tightening, missing parts, leaks, worn components, brittle plastics, damaged splash shields, or aftermarket modifications. If a pre-existing issue is discovered, we may pause or decline service and notify the customer.
4. Appointment Booking and Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or through authorized platforms.
Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 4 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
We may reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, emergencies, etc.).
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon service completion unless contactless prepayment has been selected.
We accept:
Online payment via our website
Cash at time of service
Card or phone tap-to-pay via our Square® terminal
Manual card entry (handled by our technician)
Outstanding balances may result in future appointment delays or service refusal.
Any satisfaction guarantee or money-back offer applies only to the labor portion of the service unless otherwise stated. Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of service. Refunds do not apply to customer-supplied parts, special-order parts, completed add-on services, issues caused by pre-existing conditions, or unrelated vehicle problems.
Final pricing may vary based on vehicle type, oil capacity, oil type, filter requirements, add-on services, location, and any special service requirements.
6. Liability and Warranty
We stand behind the workmanship of our oil change service. Any claim related to our workmanship must be reported within 72 hours of service completion. This warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions, unrelated mechanical issues, normal wear and tear, customer-supplied parts or fluids, manufacturer defects, or issues caused by continued operation after a warning light, leak, low oil pressure, abnormal noise, or other concern appears.
We use professional-grade equipment, including drip mats and containment systems, to prevent spills and ensure a clean, mess-free experience.
7. Disclaimers
Service durations are estimates (typically 30–90 minutes) and may vary by vehicle or service complexity.
We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable events.
It is the customer’s responsibility to follow their vehicle manufacturer’s maintenance schedule.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon posting on our official website.
